About the role
Launch your construction career as a Production Engineer in a hands-on, field-focused role. You'll work directly on active jobsites, partnering with superintendents, foremen, and trade partners to support pull planning, look-ahead schedules, and daily huddles.
Responsibilities
- Work directly on active jobsites, supporting pull planning, look-ahead schedules, and daily huddles.
- Use visual tools, dashboards, and lean techniques to improve workflow, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement.
- Build practical skills with tools like Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling software.
- Support the implementation of lean construction and production principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A valid driver’s license may be required.
Qualifications
- Less than a year of related experience, including internships, with a foundational understanding of construction methods, equipment, drawings, specifications, materials, and applicable standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative, communicate clearly, and collaborate across teams to deliver results with minimal oversight.
- Highly organized and motivated with excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Exposure to healthcare or regulated projects, lean construction practices, and production tracking or jobsite analytics is a plus.

Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,000.00-$103,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
