About the role
Responsible for maintaining and operating production machinery to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs as needed
- Collaborate with engineers to identify and implement process improvements
- Train new employees on safe machine operation and maintenance procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using common diagnostic tools and equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Technical knowledge of industrial machinery
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy

Pay
- $20 - $25 per hour
Schedule
