Production Crew Chief

Processes and Customer Interaction

• Explain processes and answer customer questions, as needed
• Maintain open communication with customers to address their needs and concerns

Supervision and Production Management

• Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and oversee their activities
• Schedule and monitor production processes to ensure quality control

Safety and Problem Resolution

• Identify potential safety hazards and implement control measures
• Quickly resolve issues that arise during the work process

Documentation and Cost Management

• Manage and document job files to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Control and manage the costs associated with production projects

Asset Management and Maintenance

• Ensure proper use and protection of equipment and materials
• Clean and maintain various areas including vehicles, equipment, warehouses, and offices

Sales and Marketing

• Engage in sales activities and add-on sales
• Perform security checks as required

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Experience in cleaning and restoration preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• IICRC certifications preferred

Physical Demands

• Regular lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Walking, standing, driving, sitting, and climbing
• Ability to work in tight spaces and climb ladders
