Production Crew Chief

Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.
• Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.
• Cook and train production technicians.
• Communicate with the production manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
• Oversee facility and grounds maintenance, as assigned.
• Continue development of production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.

Secondary Responsibilities

Other tasks/duties as required by the employer.

Necessary Experience And Skill Set

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• Strong supervisory skills.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Formal Education/Training: High school diploma/GED, IICRC certifications preferred.

Physical And Work Environment Requirements

• Regularly lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, working in tight spaces (i.e., crawl spaces, attics), repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, working with and around chemicals, and working overhead.
• Frequent exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
• Occasional exposure to a variety of extreme conditions, including heat and noxious odors.
• The noise level in the work environment and jobsites may be loud.
• Occasionally required to wear a respirator for safety.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, And Travel Requirements

• This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
• This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work.
• Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Pay

Salary based on experience. Compensation: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule
