Production Coordinator (US, only: CA, NY, DC)
Job Description
Collapse production, order management, and administrative activities to support daily business operations. Manage and process purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records across internal systems. Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas. Maintain and update order management tools, databases, and spreadsheets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow execution. Generate reports and provide operational updates to management. Support retail operations and assist with process improvements where needed. Work within ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, or similar platforms to manage production and order-related activities. Ensure accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUM formulas, and data analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience supporting retail operations, order management, or administrative functions.
- Strong data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Purchase order management experience preferred.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Navision, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Experience handling high-volume operational or administrative workloads.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide accurate reporting and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Retail, wholesale, apparel, or fashion industry experience.
