The Opportunity As a Production Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of integrated projects across experiential, content, social, and digital. You will work closely with Producers, Project Managers, Creative teams, and external partners to help keep projects running smoothly from kickoff through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced agency environment, enjoys problem solving, and is eager to grow their production career across multiple disciplines. What You’ll Be Doing Support Producers and Project Managers on experiential, content, strategy, social, and digital projectsAssist with project scheduling, timelines, and production calendarsHelp coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partnersTrack project deliverables, assets, and approvalsPrepare call sheets, production documents, and status updatesAssist with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expense trackingHelp ensure projects stay on scope, schedule, and budgetSupport on set or on site production as neededMaintain clear and consistent communication across teams What You'll Bring 1 to 3 years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a related role, ideally within an agency or production environmentExperience or strong interest in experiential, content, social, and digital productionExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and follow throughClear written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at once in a fast paced environmentComfortable working with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platformsA collaborative, proactive, and solutions oriented mindset Bonus Points!
