Production Coordinator - Experiential Fashion, Luxury & Lifestyle - LA

Overview

We're partnering with a design-led experiential studio creating immersive brand experiences across fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors. They're looking for a Production Coordinator to join their Los Angeles team, supporting the delivery of projects across the West Coast and beyond. This role is well-suited to someone early in their production career who is keen to build experience within a creative, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Support Senior and Associate Producers across all phases of project delivery
• Assist with sourcing vendors, venues, and production elements
• Help build and maintain project schedules, documents, and production materials
• Coordinate vendors across pre-production and on-site delivery
• Track budgets, invoices, and production costs throughout projects
• Support client communications and internal coordination
• Organise project documentation, meeting notes, and team updates
• Be present on-site for event delivery including installation, live event, and strike

What You'll Bring

• ~2+ years' experience in events, experiential, or production environments
• Exposure to brand activations, events, or live experiences
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident and clear communicator
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Interest in culturally relevant, brand-led work

Bonus Experience

• Experience in fashion, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors
• Familiarity with West Coast vendor or production networks
• On-site event delivery experience

Pay

• Annual Salary: $65,000-$80,000 + up to 10% discretionary bonus
