Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of orders and communication with overseas for style set‑up, order placement, date confirmation, costing, and duty‑related issues.
• Process customer orders—including placement and order entry based on customer requirements and manuals—to ensure vendor compliance.
• Placement of inventory (stock) orders: work with GM/Planner to allocate/re‑allocate goods as needed and assess inventory levels for stock placement.
• Run and maintain reports needed for daily workflow and management review.
• Work both collaboratively and independently to complete routine tasks and projects, coordinating with multiple departments for order placement and shipments.
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify order‑related issues such as setup, placements, costing, and duty assessment.
• Schedule, coordinate, and confirm order flows with overseas partners to maximize space and minimize inbound shipping costs.
• Maintain and track on‑hand orders to ensure goods ship and arrive on time.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledgeable with Infor/M3; Infor Nexus (GT Nexus) preferred.
• Experience managing client accounts, majors, and independents.
• Knowledge of Chinese and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Extremely detail‑oriented and well‑organized; able to handle large quantities of data quickly and accurately.

Pay

$28 – $33 an hour
