Job Responsibilities
- Aiding Field Production Managers in the creation of purchase receipts and management of work tickets.
- Scheduling, verifying labor hours, materials used, completion dates, and logging daily visit notes into our landscape management software.
- Communicating with crews to document and log daily visit notes for each property.
- Aiding in the collection of documentation from subcontractors and new vendors.
- Assisting with the billing process as needed.
- Tracking, verifying, and accurately entering labor hours for the snow business to process payroll.
- Performing other assigned duties as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Bi-lingual with excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrated experience in similar administrative, data entry, or clerical positions.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite of products.
- Proven track record of outstanding accuracy, attention to detail, and experience multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow and improve.
- Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, and a problem solver.
