Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage production headcount rosters and staffing schedules.
• Track daily attendance and update workforce scheduling systems accordingly.
• Ensure staffing schedules remain accurate and are shared with relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Cookordination with production leadership, HR, and staffing vendors to ensure staffing requirements are met.
• Monitor workforce trends such as absences and turnover and assist in reporting findings to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Previous experience in HR administration, workforce coordination, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with HRIS systems (such as Workday or ADP).
