Production Control Planner

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintains alignment with applicable reports and monitors manufacturing operations.
• Determines if production is on schedule, analyzes delays, takes corrective actions, and adjusts production schedules as needed.
• Updates job progress in P6 and adjusts production schedules as necessary for on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a planning-related role within a manufacturing environment. Experience with gas compression and gas processing skidded packages is a plus.
• Strong influencer with the ability to indirectly lead people.
• Strong planning, time management, multitasking, and organization skills.
• Proficient with scheduling and planning tools such as SAP, Primavera P6, & Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be dependable, highly motivated, self-directed, have attention to detail, and possess great organizational skills with minimal daily supervision.
