Production Control Manager

Essential Functions

• Planner and scheduler for production workflow, coordinating with sales, engineering, and purchasing.
• Schedules and distributes work among subordinates, ensuring compliance with production schedules and customer demand.
• Coordinates activities of office and stockroom personnel, preparing reports and paperwork related to production planning and control.
• Collaborates with the Quality team to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Reports and resolves issues such as supply shortages and scheduling conflicts.
• Provides training and support to subordinates and other company departments.
• Coordinates weekly scheduling meetings to address and resolve production scheduling problems.
