- U.S. Citizenship required.
- AAC/AS in Industrial Engineering or Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field with 6-7 years in repair or production plants.
- 2 years as a production supervisor.
- Academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree-related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience.
Desired Skills
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance as needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production schedules, operational and plant activities.
- Review engineering recommended process changes to ensure they align with operating goals.
- Cookordination of maintenance and repair of machines to prevent downtime and delays, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and safety standards.
- Monitor budget and utilize operational resources, participating in safety program development.
- Manage, train, and develop production staff.
