Production Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests
• Maintain the CMMS
• Dispatch technicians
• Schedule subcontractors
• Collect visit reports
• Interface with customers
• Handle general office tasks such as time-sheet tracking, product purchasing, and maintaining records
• Administer projects, schedule preventive maintenance, and coordinate with customers on facility maintenance activities
• Attend monthly financial review meetings

Qualifications

• Pass and maintain US Capitol Police background check
• 5+ years' experience in office administration, billing, invoicing, and financial tracking
• Support robust tracking of reimbursable spending accounts
• General understanding of maintenance operations (preferred)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting functions (required)
• Previous NetSuite experience (preferred)
• Project tracking software experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with TMA Systems CMMS (required)
• Candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral (English) communication skills (required)
