Production Control Clerk

AGL is looking for a Production Control Clerk to work in Schofield Barracks, HI.

Responsibilities

• Compile and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets following prescribed recording procedures and using different word processing techniques.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records.
• Write production reports based on data compiled, tabulated, and computed, following prescribed formats.
• Maintain files of documents used and prepared.
• Compile detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in assembly or manufacture of products.
• Sort and distribute work tickets or material and may compute wages from employee timecards and post data on records used for preparation of payroll.
• Monitor equipment requiring maintenance by creating evacuation work orders, coordinating the transfer of equipment to the repair shop, and ensuring proper receipt once repairs are completed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s in logistics or supply preferred.
• GCSS-A experience (GCSS-A Certification).
• Ability to receive a favorable Tier-1 Investigation result and obtain/maintain a CAC.
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
• 2-3 years production control experience.
• Real ID.
• Valid Texas driver's license and proof of insurance.
• U.S. Army 92-series MOS qualification or civilian equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Ability to obtain Tier1/ NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
• Basic proficiency in the English language (reading and writing).
• Favorable background check and drug testing results.
• Ability to travel within the United States as required (up to 25% travel).

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform routine standing, walking, bending, and reaching tasks in warehouse and field environments.
• Must meet all physical requirements necessary to perform assigned duties, including working in extreme heat or cold, high or low humidity, blowing sand and dust, confined spaces, heights, and other inclement weather conditions.
• Involves working both indoors and outdoors, periodic overtime, and exposure to heat, dust, cold, and adverse weather conditions.

Pay

• Hourly Wage: $31.44 USD.
• Health & Welfare for each hour worked: $5.09 USD.
