Production - Construction Laborer

About the role

The Services We Specialize In Basement Waterproofing Crawlspace Repair Foundation Repair Concrete Repair Air Quality & Radon Mitigation As part of our Production Team, you’ll help install waterproofing, foundation, and concrete solutions in customers’ homes. You’ll work as part of a team to make sure every job is done safely, correctly, and leaves the customer happy.

Responsibilities

• Start time Mon, Tue, Thurs, Friday 6:30am - Wednesday 6:15am (safety meeting)
• Load the truck with the materials needed for the day
• Help set up the jobsite and keep it clean and safe
• Work with the Foreman to complete installations
• Share ideas to help make jobs easier, faster, or safer
• Keep the customer’s home clean and provide a great experience
• Unload and clean the truck at the end of the day
• Take care of company tools, equipment, and materials

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Epoxy experience highly preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check
• Ability to left 70-100 pounds
• Ability to get in and out of crawlspaces, basements and trenches
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card
• Ability to understand English

Pay

Salary: $45,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year. Compensation: Hourly plus Pay for Performance. Supplemental Pay Types: Performance pay.

Schedule

Work Life Balance: Monday - Friday, No weekends! Start time: Mon, Tue, Thurs, Friday 6:30am - Wednesday 6:15am (safety meeting).
