Production - Construction Co-Foreman - Training & Career Development

This is a paid training and career-development opportunity for someone who wants to build a future in the skilled trades and construction leadership. You'll work alongside experienced Foremen and Project Managers while gaining hands-on experience in project supervision, construction techniques, quality control, safety, and customer service. You don't need to know everything on day one. What You'll Do Assist Foremen in supervising daily construction activities on basement waterproofing and foundation repair projectsLearn and help enforce company safety procedures and OSHA standardsAssist with project scheduling and keeping jobs on trackLearn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsHelp ensure work is completed according to project specifications and company standardsAssist with quality-control inspections throughout the installation processLearn construction estimating, job costing, and resource managementHelp monitor materials, tools, equipment, and job-site organizationCommunicate professionally with homeowners, crew members, Project Managers, and subcontractorsAssist in identifying and resolving job-site issuesLearn and utilize construction management software and technologySupport experienced Foremen while developing the skills necessary to lead your own crew What We're Looking For Previous construction or skilled-trades experience is preferred, but not requiredStrong interest in building a long-term career in construction and leadershipWillingness to learn and take direction from experienced team membersStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and understand basic blueprints, plans, and technical drawingsGood communication skills and a professional attitudeAbility to work effectively as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work outdoors and perform physical labor as requiredDependable, motivated, and willing to take on increasing responsibilityValid driver's license preferred Experience That Can Help You Succeed Experience With Any Of The Following Is a Plus Basement waterproofingFoundation repairResidential constructionConstruction supervisionBlueprint or plan readingConstruction estimatingProject schedulingProcore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, or similar softwareOSHA safety proceduresElectrical testing or construction-related technical equipment What We Offer Paid training and hands-on mentorshipFull-time, year-round employmentCompetitive pay with opportunities for growthMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysCompany-provided tools and equipmentOngoing training and professional developmentClear opportunities for advancement into Foreman and leadership positionsThe opportunity to be part of a 2026 Pittsburgh Top Workplace YOUR FUTURE STARTS HERE.
