Production Clerk (C Crew 6:30PM to 6:30AM 2/2/3)

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional and organized Production Clerk to join our team. This role will support the Production Supervisor by managing critical production data, integrating with our accounting system to update and reconcile records, monitoring staffing and line status, creating labels, tracking production output and conducting in-depth analysis of operational results. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical abilities, experience with accounting software, and the capability to identify and resolve discrepancies in reports. Responsibilities
- Utilize accounting systems, spreadsheets, and other tools to calculate and analyze production metrics, including quantities produced, materials used, scrap rates, defect frequency, and departmental production rates.
- Maintain, update, and reconcile production and inventory records within the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with physical counts.
- Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies in production or financial data to the Production Supervisor, providing actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules for assigned production areas, ensuring seamless workflow and timely updates.
- Monitor and track production progress, delivering real-time updates to support operational efficiency.
- Perform data entry and routine clerical tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Generate production labels and assist in maintaining accurate product data.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals and improve operational outcomes.
- Undertake additional job-related duties as assigned.
