Responsibilities

  • Aid Production Supervisors in day-to-day activities.
  • Administer shop and sales orders.
  • Process daily work orders and produce necessary paperwork.
  • Print shop orders, finished good tickets, RTS tickets, labels, instruction sheets, and copy documents as needed.
  • Support Quality Control, Production, and Inventory as needed.
  • Attend daily progress meetings.
  • Monitor inventory of materials when shortages occur.
  • Filing of daily and weekly documents.
  • Translate as needed.
  • Navigate LN efficiently.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of office/general business experience.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $35,027-$49,739, with eligibility for overtime after 40 hours worked and an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role.
