About the Role
The Production Clerk supports production operations at the Pottstown warehouse location by maintaining the production schedule workbook (Excel), generating batch tickets, auditing production documents, and completing various other data entry tasks in Excel and the ERP system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working across departments to support efficient manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and update the production schedule workbook (Excel) throughout the day with input from production leadership
- Create batch ticket packets
- Complete various documentation tasks related to production metrics
- Audit batch tickets for accuracy
- Complete inventory transactions in the ERP system as needed
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (non-negotiable)
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and correct inconsistencies
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain support role
- Prior experience with batch ticket processing and ERP data entry is highly preferred
- Experience working with or supporting cross-functional teams
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory control (a plus)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Regular use of hands for data entry and computer work
- Visual acuity to view computer screens and printed documents
- Occasional bending, reaching, or stooping during document handling
Work Environment
- Partially climate-controlled open office with some daily exposure to warehouse spaces that are not climate-controlled
- Regular work in GMP areas requiring specific PPE/gowning protocols
- Periodic warehouse/forklift noise
- Regular exposure to food ingredients that may have strong odors

Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
