Production Clerk

About the role

Goodwill Kentucky is seeking a Production Clerk to support their retail store operations. This position aligns with the company's core values of Dignity, Service, Hope, and Partnership, focusing on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accept, sort, grade, process, and stock shelves of donated goods.
• Maintain a positive shopping experience through excellent customer service.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure the store remains clean.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• No formal education required.
• One year of customer service and/or production experience preferred.
• Ability to stock merchandise, place product weighing up to 45 pounds, and perform tasks at various heights.
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk around the store.

Pay

$12.00 per hour

Schedule

Shift A: 8:30am – 5:00pm - Five 8-hour days

Hours of Operation

Monday-Sunday: 9:00AM – 9:00PM
