The Production Team oversees Cupertino Electric’s Field workforce, ensuring projects are executed with high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality, and cost control. About the Role
The Production Clerk provides support to the Corporate Production Compliance team by ensuring the accurate and timely filing and maintenance of union workforce timesheets. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining precise records in alignment with company policies.
- Accurately file and maintain timesheets for the union workforce on a daily to weekly basis
- General administrative tasks
- Special projects as needed
- Support to the Production Compliance Supervisor and Compliance Team

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good time management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity
- High School Diploma or GED required; any college degree preferred
- Two (2) years of experience in a similar role; construction experience preferred

Pay
$21.00/hour to $26.00/hour (Part-Time Position)
