Production Clerk
About the role
The Production Clerk supports the Corporate Production Compliance team by ensuring accurate and timely filing and maintenance of union workforce timesheets. This role involves managing daily to weekly timesheet filings, performing general administrative tasks, and supporting the Production Compliance Supervisor and Compliance Team.
Responsibilities
- Accurately file and maintain timesheets for the union workforce on a daily to weekly basis
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Support to the Production Compliance Supervisor and Compliance Team
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- A high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity
Qualifications
- Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Any college degree preferred.
- Licensure/Certifications: None required.
- Experience: Two (2) years of experience required in a similar role with construction experience preferred.
