Primary Responsibilities
- Assist production supervisors in various daily activities, promoting labor efficiency, quality, and sanitary objectives.
- Work closely with procedures as required by the Quality Manual, assisting Class 1 in any necessary functions.
- Maintain proper machine functioning, troubleshoot, and clean machines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, quality assurance, and maintenance staff.
- Follow proper operating procedures and report mechanical issues to supervisors immediately.
- Work collaboratively with all other co-workers and identify, correct, and communicate product defects.
- Perform general clean-up, washing, and sanitizing duties.
- Comply with Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures, GMP’s, sanitation procedures, and quality procedures as set forth by QA and/or supervisors.
- Perform any other activity as directed by the supervisor.

- Efficient line operation.
- Accident frequency rate.
- Identify and provide solutions to problems.
- Maintenance of loss allowance standards.
- Adherence to high-quality standards of V & V Supremo Foods, Inc.

Skills Required
- Safety First attitude.
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) preferred.
- Basic Mechanical Experience (preferred).
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Performs in a food manufacturing environment requiring strict adherence to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- May work in areas with variable temperatures, machinery noise, and exposure to food ingredients and sanitation chemicals.
- Requires standing or walking for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and regularly lifting up to 25–35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance).
