Production Chemist
Responsibilities
- Handle and manage all raw materials for chemical operations.
- Operate chemical manufacturing equipment following specific chemical formulas.
- Collaborate with engineers, production personnel, and the analytical team to ensure product specifications are met.
- Work with chemical engineers and R&D personnel to scale up processes.
Essential Skills
- Advanced education in the sciences (BS degree) or equivalent experience in performing chemical operations.
- Proficient in chemistry and chemical processing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in laboratory settings.
- Knowledge of chemical synthesis.
Work Environment
The work environment involves training Monday through Friday on first shift hours (6 am to 2:30/3:30 pm). After three to four weeks, you will transition to a weekend day shift from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This position is within a chemical manufacturing setting, offering a unique opportunity to engage in production chemistry for innovative applications. Enjoy a good pay structure with a three-day workweek once on shift.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.50 - $29.50/hr.
