Production Capacity Planner
About the role

As a Production Capacity Planner, you will lead the transformation toward a more proactive, transparent, and synchronized planning organization—ensuring the business can meet growing market demand while delivering exceptional customer outcomes. In this role, you will own and elevate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, creating a strong foundation for mid- and long-term planning. Your work will enable smarter decision-making, optimized inventories, and improved lead times. By connecting data, people, and processes, you will ensure alignment across sales, operations, engineering, and supply chain functions. You will act as a key integrator, balancing demand with available capacity while identifying risks, opportunities, and performance gaps. Your leadership will help establish standardized processes, drive continuous improvement, and enable fact-based planning that supports business growth. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Align demand, capacity, and resources across functions
- Drive data-based decision-making and planning accuracy
- Consolidate and maintain integrated master planning models
- Monitor KPIs and initiate performance improvements
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in planning scenarios
- Ensure stable and accurate forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain planning or S&OP processes
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience collaborating across multiple business functions
- Knowledge of KPI tracking and performance improvement methods
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
