This position is responsible for unloading, opening, sorting, and documenting incoming shipments while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards. What You Will Do Open and process incoming shipments delivered via UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, freight carriers, and other delivery servicesSort and organize products for receiving and production teamsEnter document numbers, tracking information, and customer details into Excel spreadsheets and internal systemsReview RGA/RMA documentation and notes to identify special handling requirementsPrepare shipments for the next stage of the receiving processMaintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced warehouse environmentMeet productivity goals while adhering to quality standards and safety proceduresPerform additional duties as assigned to support business operations Success Measures Successfully process and break down all incoming daily shipmentsProcess approximately 40 boxes during an 8-hour shift or 20 boxes during a 4-hour shift, or complete the day's assigned delivery volumeMaintain accuracy when documenting shipment and customer information Qualifications Strong attention to detailBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft ExcelAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsTechnical aptitude preferredAbility to follow established processes and procedures Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferredTechnical school education or related experience preferredWarehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or receiving experience is a plus Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reachingContinuous repetitive hand movementsRegular movement of pallets, bins, and materialsUse of pallet jacks and hand trucksFrequent lifting of up to 100 pounds and continuous lifting of lighter materials throughout the shiftAbility to work in a warehouse and inventory environment Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Part-Time Assigned 4-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Employees are expected to maintain regular attendance and follow company time-off policies. Work Environment This position operates in a warehouse and inventory setting. Team members are required to follow all safety policies and procedures. Company-provided Radwell apparel ("Radwear"), identification badges, and required safety equipment must be worn as directed. Closed-toe, hard-soled footwear is required; safety shoes are recommended. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
