About the role

Flex Craft is a company dedicated to creating material handling solutions efficiently and flexibly. Our products are designed to be easily dismantled and reconfigured, requiring only a ½” wrench. Responsibilities

• Team up with us to produce unique products that benefit industries such as Trane, General Electric, Polaris, and Indian Motorcycles.
• Perform a range of tasks including operating machinery and managing inventory.
• Ensure the safety of employees by rotating workstations and maintaining engagement throughout the day.
• Participate actively in safety protocols and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dependable and hardworking with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and basic math skills are beneficial.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds regularly.

Qualifications

Pay

Compensation details are competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts available are Monday through Thursday (1st shift, 10-hour days) and Sunday through Wednesday (2nd shift, 10-hour days).
