Production Associates

About the role

ResourceMFG is hiring Production Team Members in Madison, Alabama. Join a growing team in a clean, climate-controlled facility with opportunities available across day, evening, and night shifts.

Pay

Starting pay: $14.50 - $15.70 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour perfect attendance bonus. Pay increases occur after permanent hire at 30, 60, and 90 days. Weekly pay and overtime opportunities are available.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM, Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays for overtime)
• Evening Shift: 3:20 PM - 11:50 PM, Monday - Friday
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
• Perform hands-on production tasks
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Complete accurate production records and documentation
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Use basic hand tools as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
