Production Associate - Utility IV
Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The position is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Work area and responsibilities may change daily to fill in for employee vacations and absences.
Responsibilities
- Participate in loading or unloading trucks.
- Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
- Perform other production jobs classified at a level four or below as needed to support the business.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must adhere to the attendance policy.
- Ability to work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Comfort with a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment and time pressures.
- Willingness to handle soiled materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment.
- Physical requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Standing for most of a shift.
- Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
- Lifting and moving materials for most of a shift.
