Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. This position fills in for other employee vacations and absences, with work areas and responsibilities changing daily.

About the role

This position is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. Tasks may include:

  • Loading or unloading trucks
  • Preparing or staging material and garments for loading
  • Performing other production jobs classified at a level four or below

Production Associates are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to attendance policy
  • Work in safe proximity to others for extended periods
  • Operate in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
  • Handle materials that may be soiled or have pungent odors, using appropriate protective equipment

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Requires standing for most of a shift
  • Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching

How You Will Be Evaluated

Pay

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.25 - $24.08 per hour. The range accounts for skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances.
