Production Associate - Utility IV - 3rd Shift
About the Role
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The position performs a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading or unloading trucks, preparing or staging material and garments for loading, and other production tasks classified at a level four or below. Work areas and responsibilities may change daily to cover employee vacations and absences. Production Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and to meet or exceed established quantity and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks.
- Prepare and stage materials and garments for loading.
- Perform other production jobs classified at level four or below as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Meet or exceed established quantity and quality standards.
- Adapt to changing work areas and fill in for employee vacations and absences.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Adhere to the attendance policy.
- Work safely in close proximity to others for extended periods.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.
- Willingness to handle soiled materials and pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment.
- Physical requirements: standing for most of the shift; repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching; lifting and moving materials for most of the shift.

Compensation
Base hourly rate ranges from $19.25 to $24.08, depending on skill set, experience, training, and other business factors.
Schedule
Full‑time, 3rd shift.
