Production Associate - Utility III

About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Utility III to support the Rental Division. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform production jobs as directed, which may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, or performing other production jobs classified at a level three or below
• Work area and responsibilities may change daily, filling in for other employee vacations and absences
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of work

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US (prior to first day of employment)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must adhere to attendance policy
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly
• Requires standing for most of a shift (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities (with or without reasonable accommodation)
• Requires physical activity, including lifting and moving materials, for most of a shift (with or without reasonable accommodation)
