Production Associate - Thermo

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Basic operation of multi-station rotary style thermoforming machinery at a rate that meets or exceeds quality and production standards.
• Perform post-form trimming using handheld trimming equipment to ensure product meets designated specifications.
• Operate drill machine and use a handheld drill.
• Complete required quality checks and report any defects in a timely manner.
• Communicate all pertinent information at shift change.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
• Provide relief to other members of the team as necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Able to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background check, which will include previous employment check and criminal history review.

Summary

Responsible to perform basic operations throughout the Thermoforming department in order to form heavy gauge products within designated specifications. This includes post-form trimming, grinding and assembling.

Pay

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
