What You'll Do
- Material Handling & Product Staging
- Band, secure, stack, and stage finished trusses, wall panels, and other building components for storage and shipment
- Organize completed products in designated yard locations according to operational requirements
- Prepare finished products for loading by verifying proper packaging, labeling, and load readiness
- Absist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts and other approved material handling equipment
- Inspect finished products for damage, proper banding, and shipment readiness before transfer or loading

- Forklift experience and ability to safely operate material handling equipment
- Experience stacking, banding, staging, or loading finished products
- Familiarity with building materials and yard operations
- Experience working in outdoor industrial environments preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds using safe lifting techniques or mechanical assistance
- Ability to safely climb on and off forklifts and other equipment
- May require overtime or weekend work based on production and operational needs
