We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job posting. Let's extract content. Job Overview: description about tasks, safety, PPE, line flow, physical demands. Your Schedule And Pay: Work Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm. Pay starts at $20.49/hour. Then a paragraph about Marvin company culture, benefits list: health insurance, paid holidays, paid parental leave, 401(k) match, $300 annual wellbeing account, Better Living Day, Annual profit sharing, Giving at Marvin, Brighter Days Fund. Compensation: $20.49/hour (duplicate of pay). We'll include pay info. We need to decide sections. About the role: could be the Job Overview paragraph. Responsibilities: combine Highlights of your role and Additional Responsibilities. Requirements: maybe physical demands? Could be part of About the role? But we can have Requirements section for physical demands (lifting, standing, etc.) and maybe "You're a good fit if you have" as Qualifications/Skills. Qualifications: Education (High school diploma or equivalent preferred). Could also include "General experience with computers". Skills: list of abilities: attention to detail, fast-paced environment, lift/carry etc., grip, bend, twist, stoop, climb, stand/walk on concrete, ability to communicate oral/written English, read assembly instructions, cross-trained, operate hand/power tools, maintain attendance. Benefits: list of benefits described. Pay: $20.49/hour, overtime may be required. Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm. Check for duplication: Pay also appears in Compensation line but we already have. We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Marvin is an Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. We removed. Check for any leftover like "From people to products..." paragraph about company culture. That is not a specific benefit but could be considered fluff. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company culture paragraph is not explicitly prohibited but might be considered boilerplate? It's not a benefit, it's more marketing. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company culture paragraph is substantive? It's describing the company, maybe not needed for job posting but it's still part of posting. However, they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Could include it as part of About the role? But we already have About the role as job overview. Could add a paragraph after About the role about company? But they didn't give a heading for company overview. Could incorporate into About the role? Might be okay to leave out as it's not a requirement/responsibility/benefit etc. However, they said preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit that paragraph, we are summarizing away detail (removing). So we should include it somewhere. Where? Could add a section "About Marvin" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are limited to those list; we should not create other headings. Could we put it under About the role as additional paragraph? That would be okay: About the role could include both job overview and company description. But the job overview already described tasks; adding company description may be okay. But the instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should stick to those. Thus we need to incorporate company description somewhere within those sections. Perhaps under About the role we can include both job overview and company description. Let's craft About the role paragraph: combine job overview and company description. Job Overview: "The Production Associate performs repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks in a safe manner while in compliance with all PPE requirements. Each task is to be completed with the results exceeding customer expectations. Each task is to be accomplished with the objective to keep a balanced line flow to meet delivery schedules. Associates must be able to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions while bending, stooping, twisting, and turning while lifting 20 lbs. frequently and 40 lbs. occasionally for light production and 40 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally for heavy production. Doors and Specials requires the ability to lift 70-100 pounds occasionally and pass a physical fit test. Associates are required the ability to stand or walk on concrete up to 10 hour shifts." Company description: "From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living. When you join this family-owned and -led window and door company, you belong to a community full of opportunities. For more than a century, we’ve been at the forefront of designing, building, and engineering premium, award-winning products. Today, Marvin is also proud to have been named a Top Large Employer by Forbes Magazine two years in a row, in 2024 and 2025. With operations in 19 cities across North America, we manufacture Marvin’s quality products, including Infinity Replacement Windows and Doors, and TruStile Doors. Together, we uphold our values and foster a culture where safety and the wellbeing of our people comes first." We can combine. Now ensure we didn't duplicate any content elsewhere. Responsibilities: we listed highlights and additional responsibilities. Ensure we didn't miss any: "Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand and power tools, and automated equipment to build and produce high quality window products." etc. Already there. Also "Ability to communicate in oral or written English to carry out essential functions" is a skill, we placed under Skills. "Have the ability to read and understand visual and written assembly instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts." skill. "Have the ability to be cross-trained in multiple functions within and between multiple department lines." skill. "Have the ability to operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble." skill. "Have the ability to maintain regular and satisfactory attendance and punctuality." skill. "Strong attention to detail" skill. "The desire to work in a fast-paced environment" skill. "General experience with computers" qualification. "Lift, carry, push, and pull a variety of objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs." skill. "Grip 65 lbs." skill. "Bend, twist, stoop, and climb" skill. "Stand and walk on concrete" skill. Now Benefits: we listed. Pay: we have. Schedule: we have. Now check for any leftover substantive info not included: "Overtime May Be Required During Business Season." included in Pay. "Your Schedule And Pay Work Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm. Pay starts at $20.49/hour." covered. "Highlights of your role" we used. "Additional Responsibilities:" we used. "You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)" we split into qualifications and skills. "From people to products..." we included in About the role. "We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin" is marketing fluff; we included part of it. "From day one, you will enjoy health insurance, paid holidays, paid parental leave, a 401(k) retirement savings match and more!" we included benefits.
