Production Associate - Second Shift

About the role

You will be trained to assemble products using tools and automated equipment, such as drilling, measuring, cutting, and operating saws. You will communicate effectively in English, read instructions on screens, and collaborate with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues. Cross-training in multiple departments adds variety and potential earning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows and related products
• Follow safety protocols in a clean, climate-controlled environment
• Read and interpret visual and written instructions
• Work as part of a team, maintaining clear communication
• Participate in cross-training across departments

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform physical work and move throughout the day
