Production Associate: Retread Tire Technician - Dallas, TX

About the Role

As a member of our retread team, you will play a role in recapping, remolding, or extending the life of an existing tire to get it back on the road. You will support the retread process through various stages.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires to assess if they can be retread.
• Buff the casing to remove any worn tread.
• Remove embedded objects, rust, and repair the tire casing.
• Use rubber cement or a patch to repair the casing before applying new tread.
• Build the tire by applying new tread.
• Cure the tire to mold the retread application.
• Perform final inspection to ensure a safe and quality product.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, general labor, or entry‑level positions.

Pay
