Production Associate - Pallet Saw Shop

About the role

As a Saw Shop Operator, you’ll set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallet creation, playing a vital role in our pallet manufacturing process. 48forty Solutions is the largest pallet management services company in North America, providing end-to-end pallet solutions from supply to retrieval, on-site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials.

Location: Oklahoma City, OK.

Responsibilities

• Operate power saws to cut and trim wood pallets.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicate to plant management effectively on a regular basis.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift wooden pallets weighing about 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Previous lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, or roofing experience highly preferred.

Pay

Hourly pay: $15.00/hr.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
