About the role

The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the production process at Lakeside Book Company, supporting the company's commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Operate robots and stackers to collect book sections from printing presses.
• Strap book sections together and place them on pallets.
• Enter information about books into a computer, print labels, and place them on pallets.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds.
• Standing ability for the duration of the shift.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Consistent work experience.
• Machine experience preferred, but not required.

Pay

$19.36 (Base $17.60 + 10% Shift Differential)

Schedule

12-hour Night shift: 6pm-6am, Monday-Tuesday, Friday-Saturday-Sunday, Wednesday-Thursday
