Production Associate - Mender

About the role

The Production Associate – Mender supports the Rental Division by repairing Uniform garments using an industrial heat seal machine and button sewing machine.

Responsibilities

• Accurately repair Uniform garments in accordance with company standards, including patching holes and tears or replacing buttons.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to learn to use a computer program to accomplish work.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
