About the role

The Production Associate – Mat Roller supports the Rental Division, focusing on evaluating the quality of cleaned customer floor mats, safely placing them into a rolling machine for processing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the quality of cleaned customer floor mats
• Safely place mats into a rolling machine for processing
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area
• Sort and place rolled mats in staging locations for customer delivery

Qualifications

• Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the US and be 18 years of age or older.
• Work Expectations: Adhere to attendance policy, work in a safe proximity to others, and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Physical Qualifications: Standing for most of the shift, repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, and physical activity including lifting and moving materials.

Pay

The position is on a performance-based incentive pay structure, with additional compensation incentives tied to meeting or exceeding production standards.
