About the Role

• Moves, handles, and secures lumber products and materials according to instructions
• Stacks finished products based on bundle size and customer requirements
• Labels materials by product type, size, and count
• Applies individual tags before and/or after treating or production
• Bands, bundles, and secures materials using strapping and corner protectors
• Uses a staple gun and troubleshoots minor equipment issues
• Verifies correct quantities are bundled, labeled, and secured
• Maintains accurate inventory of tags and reports discrepancies to a supervisor
• Records production activity on production sheets
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Affords assistance to other areas by moving material and loading/unloading carts
• Fulfills all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Participates in safety meetings, continuous improvement (CI), and team activities
• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Math Skills
Preferred High school diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a physical manufacturing environment

Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hour, depending on experience
Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
