Production Associate - Level II

About the role

We are looking for a talented Production Associate- Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC. This is an on-site role with flexibility, classified as a Shop position. No relocation package is offered and the role is not 100% on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Safety: By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you will help maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote Health: Reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards ensures that health and safety standards are upheld.
• Maintain Quality: Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures helps minimize costs and quality exposures.
• Achieve Production Goals: Operating manual and automated equipment efficiently to meet production goals and customer expectations.
• Support Teamwork: Communicating effectively with your team and support teams to improve quality, safety, processes, and material flow.
