About the role
We are looking for a talented Production Associate – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Safety : By stopping work and reporting any major injury hazards immediately, you’ll help maintain a safe work environment.
- Report Incidents : Promptly reporting any work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards will contribute to a proactive safety culture.
- Compliance : Adhering to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations ensures that all safety and environmental guidelines are met.
- Use PPE : Consistently using appropriate personal protective equipment will protect you and your colleagues from potential hazards.
- Promote Team Safety : By looking out for one another and promoting interdependence, you’ll foster a supportive and safe workplace.
- Environmental Awareness : Recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment will support sustainability efforts.
- Quality Control : Following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures will help maintain high product standards and reduce costs.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Previous Regular MSO role experience.
