Production Associate I - Weekend Shift

What’s attractive about the Weekend Production Associate position?

$20.40/hour (includes 20% shift premium)
Shift Schedule: Friday-Sunday - 7:00am - 7:00pm

Responsibilities

• Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Maintains quality standards by monitoring product and rejecting non-conforming items.
• Ensures the work area is neat and orderly in compliance with 5S standards.
• Accurately completes production reports and other documentation.
• Promotes teamwork by collaborating with co-workers.
• Assists in other work areas as needed.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months of production, assembly, or related work experience preferred.
• Manual finger dexterity skills.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Displays a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.

Pay

• Starting hourly rate is $17.00 to $19.00, depending on experience, with the possibility of up to a $1 pay increase after 90 days.
