Responsibilities

• Learn and operate basic production systems (Excel, coding machines, Lynq) with guidance.
• Read and follow work orders and job tickets accurately.
• Monitor and operate one machine or process step under supervision.
• Support pack-out operations, including accurate counting and packaging.
• Follow all safety procedures and assist with routine cleaning and equipment upkeep.

Required Skills for Success

• High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented with consistent attendance
• Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and develop technical skills
• Basic math and measurement skills with strong attention to detail
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
