About the Role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Heat Seal Operator to work in an active production facility. The role involves applying and removing company and name emblems and ID tape/bar codes on uniform shirts and pants using an industrial heat sealing machine.

Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability. Additional responsibilities include housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial heat sealing machine to apply and remove emblems, ID tape, and bar codes on uniform garments.
• Perform repetitive motions including sitting, walking, standing, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Maintain daily accuracy for inventory control and accountability.
• Perform housekeeping duties and adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Physical Qualifications

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
