Production Associate - Heat Seal Operator

About the role

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Heat Seal Operator to work in an active production facility. The role involves applying and removing company and name emblems and ID tape/bar codes on uniform shirts and pants using an industrial heat sealing machine. Daily accuracy is necessary for inventory control and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial heat sealing machine to apply and remove emblems and ID tape/bar codes on uniforms
• Perform repetitive motions including sitting, walking, standing, bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift
• Maintain daily accuracy of work for inventory control and accountability
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must adhere to attendance policy
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures
• Requires standing for most of the shift
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges between $19.29 - $19.70 per hour. The range reflects factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and business needs. It is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range.
