Production Associate | Hall of Fame Location

About the Role

Production Associate position at the Hall of Fame location in Knoxville, TN. Must be 18 years old. Department hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with some Saturdays required; every Sunday is off.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily job duties within the processing team and department, including accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise.
• Achieve daily and weekly production goals set by the manager, targeting the company goal of 35 pieces produced per hour.
• Produce quick and accurate work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Assist the team by living out the mission to Reveal, Tell & Provide and upholding core values of being Trustworthy, Team‑Minded, and Teachable.

Requirements

• Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting.
• Commitment to KARM Stores mission and mission statement.
• Computer skills: general typing and web browsing capabilities.
• Ability to interpret and follow a variety of written or oral instructions and goals.
• Must become proficient in production to meet established goals.
• Ability to stand for up to 100% of a standard work day.
• Lifting and bending required for up to 75% of a standard work day.
• Moderate to heavy physical activity; frequent strenuous activity may be required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds is essential.

Pay

Hourly wage range: $13.00 – $14.00.
